Workshop: Culture Discovery 2: Clear vision and future-oriented skills

The shared vision is the center of attraction towards which all activity is directed. You define an appealing vision for your team that magically attracts you. In order to achieve it, you need skills that make it possible to approach the vision. You develop these for your team and, as one of the quickest options for action, make previously unused potential in the team visible.

Managers & HR managers, supported by employees
(at least 2 - 3 participants per organization/team required for the course)

Recognize and use abilities and potentials to achieve an energy-filled vision

• Formulating a motivating vision as a magical point of attraction
• Identify future-oriented skills

Course schedule

• In advance: task for preparation approx. 30 min
• Workshop: 120 min focused and interactive development of a vision and the relevant skills to achieve it
• Follow-up work: Clear ToDos from the findings - concrete implementation in the organization/team
