Answer questions 1-4 for yourself, preferably intuitively from your gut. Take about 10 minutes to do this.<\/p>\n
Then take the second worksheet. Go through the list and rate each value individually with levels from 1 - 5 (unimportant - very important). If you can't find the exact values that you would name yourself, then think about which of the values shown would fit best. If you can't find a similar value, you can of course add your own term.<\/p>\n
Enter the 5 values with the highest score in the table below. Now we want to support you in focusing these 5 values on 3 core values. Compare all values with each other and think about which value I would do without in the worst case? Put them in a suitable hierarchical order. For example, you can write them down on small pieces of paper that you can easily move.<\/p>\n
