The openness to recognize your Purpose is in your „Haltung“<\/strong> to yourself and to life. It determines the frame of possibilities you see for yourself and your life. The „Innere Antrieb“<\/strong> describes the intrinsic motivation that drives you to do something, to act and to stand up for something. These driving forces point the way to the added value that you can provide for yourself and others. „Werten“<\/strong>. They set the foundation for alignment in your life and set the cornerstones of what is important to you. They are closely linked to your individual Purpose. From the previous steps, it is now becoming clearer what your skills and abilities are. We have this topic area „Kompetenzen“<\/strong> called. To bring your own purpose to life, you need your entire potential of already developed skills and competencies and you still see a lot of development potential in the talents that are still dormant in you. And last but not least it is about thinking about how you can make meaningful decisions in your private and professional life. In other words, how you can and want to be effective.
